At the McKinsey Health Institute, we are proud of our journey since our launch in March 2022. Throughout the year, we laid the foundation of making meaningful differences in health around the world, underpinned by a wide ecosystem of leaders and organizations with aligned visions.

We joined the World Wellbeing Movement as a founding member and partnered with Healthy Brains Global Initiative to publish a series of interactives on addressing the burden of brain health conditions. In launching our inaugural employee health initiative, we pushed organizations to re-examine their role in the well-being of their workforces.

At global events like the Bloomberg New Economy Forum and Milken Future of Health Summit, we convened leaders for action-oriented conversations on key topics, including the shifts required to unlock improvements in healthy aging.

All of this was possible with the support of our champions: people like you who want to see a world where all humans can live long, healthy, and fulfilling lives.

We look forward to working with you in 2023 as we continue to advance on our mission to help humanity add six high-quality years of life for every person.

With best wishes,
The MHI team
